Pokemon, The Narration

[Dypatome 58]

This is the story of a Pokemon Trainer.

 

This child lives at home and is there every day. What the child does is simple: they eat, they play games, and they sleep. This is what that child did every day of every month of every year, and although some may think it to be boring, the child loved every moment of their life, as though this is the only thing that they were meant to do.

And then one day, something very different happened. Something that would forever change the child; something they would never forget. They had been lying in bed one morning when they realized that something was different about today. This feeling was almost indescribable; after all, they are only 10. What kind of a 1- that’s it! It’s the child’s tenth birthday. The day where they must leave home and become a Pokemon Trainer.

 

Astonished, the to-be Trainer found themself unable to move for the longest time. But as they came to their wits and regained their senses, they got out of bed and walked out of their house.
