Evolving A-Sandshrew

Bulbapedia says to use a Ice Stone which i believe are not a thing in Reborn, so how do I do it?

If you have unlocked department store floors, the item is being sold on the floor which sells evolutionary items.

 

Edit : Its on 9 th floor being sold for 2100 .

Can confirm; I also found an Ice Stone like hidden on a stone (can't recall where, though)

If you don't have the stickers, the only other option is to go to the ice cave and look for an Alolan Sandslash. They are rare encounters.

i have access to the floor and could easily buy you a stone...

it's not even a hidden item and can be found in the same cave in North Adventurine Woods where you evolve Eevee into Glaceon, just go west from the rock, down the stairs then straight up and you will see it
