Trouble making some event pokemon appear

Im right before corey and a few pokemon that I'd like to obtain dont seem to be appearing,

they are: litleo, which I remember the event but dont remember what I have to do to trigger it

and

Grubbin, which apparently should spawn in an apartment building in the peridot ward after you beat florinia

You don't need to beat any leader for the grubbin/joltik event, but it has to be night time to trigger it.

 

edit: also if you beat the third gym before doing the event you'll miss it

Littleo used to be in Obsidia Ward's alleyway, during day (during night there was an Electrike event). I don't remember if you had to beat Florinia first, but you absolutely had to beat the Pulse-Tangrowth, which gives access to the alley itself anyway. Then littleo is in Obsidia's part of Railent and you have to beat a level 35 boss KlingKlang to finally get it.

dude lmaoI completely forgot about the alleyway, I thought it had something to do with the salon cause the original event was there.

No clue about the little bug?
