Can you find Alolan Vulpix in the ice cavern outside Shade's cave?

I think the only place we can find it in the Ametrine City, in the grass as normal encounter.

@Filthy Casual Also if you want to evolve it ( i'm assuming you do ) you can buy the cold stone on the 9th floor of the department building ( check both counters) also i can confirm hooligan's statement is true, one last thing i noticed in your signature that you have mimikyu as part of your main e17 reborn team will you please tell me how you got it
