Spoiler I just went straight to the Scrapyard town and found him, so I don't know where in the desert you supposedly have to find him first. But after I lost the battle I don't know how to go back there :{ I'll keep on looking but the passage seems to have closed again... Maybe I'll check out the dune in the meantime.
