I know which weather is needed to get them and I don't know if this is where this goes, but I try to change the weather to get them and whenever it says it was going to rain in a few days, it doesn't. I then began changing it to random date in hope that it will randomly become a thunderstorm but of no use. Does anyone know how to change the weather to actually set to a specific weather?

As the weather system is currently broken for ep 16, You must use the weather mod to change weather ATM. [Will be fixed in ep 17]
