How do i make a signature of my team

i know how to make a signature but how would i showcase my team? do i like link the game or is it just something i make on another website

If you want a easy method,then go to this website: http://www.pokestadium.com/tools/sprites

Then you have to type the name of the pokemon.Then just copy the link of the image and paste it in your signature.Do this for all of your team and save.
