Filthy Casual Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 I don't think you can anymore. My only guess is to go under ground in Grand Dream City. They might be selling some there, but I don't think so.
EHSRU66 Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 You can get them from a pickup drop; i have a level 75 Linoone and I get them semi-frequently while i ev train and have encounters in quick succession like that.
