Kolink Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 Ok so i'm on version 9 and the location guide states Phantump is behind the waterfall in goldenleaf town at night. I assume i can find him through the gate with the 4 on it? Not sure how to get past the gate though as i can't interact with it.
