Larvesta

I read that there is a 1/18 chance to get larvesta from the mistery egg you trade for a growlithe egg , the problem is that the chance of being a larvesta is really small and since the mistery egg always look the same I would always have to hatch the egg to see what pokemon is inside. What should I do? If I just hatch the eggs im probably gonna spend  days for this small chance.

All the mystery eggs I received look the same:

Which egg you will receive is already decide when you start a new game, so soft-reseting won't do you any good. you are better off trading with someone.

is anybody online and willing to trade me a larvesta egg? or a level 1 Larvesta? I love that pokemon and I don,t want to wait till bagde 16 to get one naturally
