Darklord_Zeref Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 I know that Riolu is a starter (Or at least that's what I've been told, I wouldn't actually know since I can't get him in the lotto nor have I seen screenshots) but is there anywhere else to get one later or am I gonna have to soft reset for three years?
