How do I make Custom Events and add additional Pokemon to the game?

I saw some Youtube videos with custom events involving a Delphox. It looked pretty cool, and I want to make some of my own. How do I make Custom Events and add additional Pokemon (And additional Pokemon formes) to the game?

I think you need RPG Maker XP for customing events in game.

I'm not sure though.

Perhaps, A mod would be able to provide a better answer to this topic.

Hello! If you would like to mod Reborn in any way, you will need RPG Maker XP, and a copy of Reborn's PBS files. It's fairly easy once you get the hang of RMXP's interface, but you will need to pay for the program itself. Hope this helped!
