Teddiursa and Budew

Hi, and first of all, if this question has already been answered, I´m sorry . I´ve started a new file with Charmander as my starter, and I´d like to have Budew and Teddiursa on my team, but I don´t know which weather there must be for them to appear. If anyone can help me, I would be very thankful!

both are based on Clear Weather, budew can only be found if you battled the Doxy in the litle garden (she gives you a rose inscense)

Doxy in the little garden? Where is the little garden and who is Doxy xd. Also, I´ve tried to go to Teddiursa´s first location with clear weather, and she wasn´t there . But thanks for the help!

Budew: Event North of Peridot Ward near the gates, requires a Rose Incense. (Weather can be Clear or Sunny)

Teddiursa: Hide and Seek in Peridot Ward (ends under Opal Bridge)

Okay, thanks again, I´m going to try to go there again and see if they are there, and try to find out about the little garden and the rose incense, thanks for the help!

OOOOh, okay, I defeated her, but I forgot to talk to her next, and dthe Budew just appeared after I got the Rose incense, thanks a lot, now gonna catch the Teddiursa!

Okay, I´m in the Dr. Sigmund part of the story now, and still I can´t trigger the Teddiursa event. I went to all locations where she could be, during daytime and with clear weather, and still no goddamn Teddiursa. Why????? And I already caught Budew, thanks a lot
