Anyway, I'm just here to ask on how to access 7th street. and if it's accessible for me now o3o I played the game up until the battle with Radomus. I wanna know cuz I heard good stuff are in there 0w0

You have to beat Radomus first in order to unlock 7th Street. You actually have to go there as part of the story.
