Obsidia Slums - A pain to reach

Greetings,

I need to go back to the slums, because I need to get scraggy.

However I restored the city and finished the job appliction sidequest.

I cannot find the entrance to the slums now, nor can I reach the magma leader who is on top of the ceiling, god knows how. 

Any help?

There is no slums now because you know, you kinda renovated it and about the magma leader, you can't talk to him yet on this episode, maybe in future ones.

 

EDIT: Maybe you can exploit this bug:

 or you can revert back to EP 15 to get Scraggy.

Lets go right now bring it on

Also if you got some pokemon with said Teleport move I would apreciate, I got ralts stored but i'll evolve later. Anyway im back in an hour or so. PM me if you read this please.

MANAGED TO GET SCRAGGY, remembered i got an abra in boxes used teleport and made the quest.
