This is a quick hello and asking of a question, I've been playing for two hours and have hit a snag in the road, so to speak.. My Pokemon are level 21 and won't obey me... Why...?

First of, welcome to reborn I hope you enjoy your stay and the comunity.

The reason that your mon doesn't obey you is because Ame added a fixed level cap for all pokemon depending on how many badges you have to increase the challange of the game by completely blocking off overleveling. luckely Ame isn't completely evil(for how we belief) she added an item that reduces your level by one, the common candy. so just make sure you stock up on those and train your party equally to avoid trouble with the level cap

Secondly, I am so glad you replied, I was stuck, I ended up just catching another Pokemon and grinding it up while I waited. XD
