Swampellow Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 I was moreso pointing out the fact that having a vulpix to beat the grass leader is not necessary, even when choosing froakie as your starter. There are plenty of other 'mons available, flying, fire, etc, that can easily beat that gym. Plus froakie isn't even that much of a disadvantage, marshtomp is another thing though.
