You're right, that was my mistake. But I don't think we got it from the underwater cities. I checked one of the video guides on them and TM Hone Claws wasn't there. EDIT: Found it, you get it from the Rhidochrine Forest: I don't think Hone Claws is a TM in Reborn. Though I'm basing this off of the item guide. Link to post Share on other sites
