How do I pay for the repair in Calcenon Staricase?I've already triggered the scene with Fern,Sirius,Charlotte and Sigmund.I WANT ELEKID AND MAGBY AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

Iirc correctly, I donated cash for it to be repaired. You have to talk to the guard inside the building atop the stairs.

I did that 20 times,still nothing.What do I need to trigger the conversation for the donation?

Maybe. But while I was on E15, I fixed the stairs. Dunno if it was changed prior to E16.
