Move relearner problem

Hi, I have kind of a problem: I have a Roserade, with perfect IV's in Speed, Sp.Atk, and Sp. Def, lvl 82.. I wanted to let it learn Petal Dance or Giga Drain, but the move relearner's moves are like Budew's moveset ._. .. Is that normal? Is there a way to learn that with a tutor or something?

Rosarade is a stone evolution, so many of it's attacks it learns as Rosalea can't be relearned.

Perhaps there is a move tutor for Giga drain in Reborn somewhere. Not sure about that though.
As for petal dance, you have to breed a new Roselia, level it up first (lv. 25 giga drain, lv. 50 petal dance) for all it's moves.
Once you have everything on your Roselia you'd want it to have, then you can/should evolve it with a stone.

Oh, thanks, Ok  One more question: If i let the new roselia learn everything it can, once, and then evolve to roserade, will the move relearner let me relearn the moves Roselia had at least once? or not?

No only the moves roserade learns via level can be relearned (I think)

Yeah I just tested it, and indeed, Roserade can't learn Roselia's moves  Even when Roselia had them at one point..

sadly roserade doesn't have that good of a lvl up moveset, and that moverelearner uses the lvl up moveset, I had the same trouble with my togekiss
