I was a bit dumb and stood on the wrong stone (the one right in front of the waterfall) and it didn't let me use my rod from there or the very edge! It's working now, but I did the Absol event anyways as I don't have much to do apart from it! Link to post Share on other sites

It's the Route 4 Waterfall, right after you've left Amethyst Cave/LCCC (where you fought Aster/Eclipse for the last time), where you can find the event Absol (Ame's Absol). Slowpoke has a very low encounter rate, so you should pay a lot of attention and don't miss those fishes! Took me like 25+ encounters to find one. Have a good hunting!
