Blontary Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 I would suggest you use swanna as a rain dance user, with 252 speed EVs it can outspeed Amber's rotom and set up rain dance. Also, you can find rain dance TM by using rock climb, though I don't remember where 😂 Guess you should just explore the region Quote
