spoilers [SPOILERS] Corin-Rogue

I've seen on the forums that the Corin-Rogue event is triggered by talking to the Chief in the Jasper Ward police center. I did that then it said travel to seventh street and buy all the pokemon there. I'm getting the feeling that if you already bought all the pokemon from that spot before, you can't access this event is that true? If not, how can I access the event because after I go to seventh street nothing there's nothing to continue the event.

Assuming you've done all the steps beforehand (the one immediately prior is battling a grunt of the opposite gang in North Obsidia Ward), just go back to the vendor and talk to him. Corin Rouge should show up as normal.

Where is the grunt? And the street vendor isn't there.

I might be wrong as this is from memory: here's the steps prior to E16.

 

1. Buy in Grand Hall

2. Battle the thieves in North Peridot

3. Battle guy in the slums

4. Fight guy in North Obsidia, near the Spyce but a street over

5. Go to 7th street and if the guy isn't there, just walk on every tile of the shop area until the event triggers? 

 

I think if 5 isn't activating you're missing one of these steps.

After step 4 go to Dahlia street in Lapis Ward, there should be a gang member there. Talk to him and go back to 7th street, the event should trigger in the spot where the vendor once was.
