breeding tm moves

Hey guys,

i was trying to breed a froakie with ice beam but failed at it. Is it disabled? (breeding TM moves not my froakie  ) cause the father got ice beam but the move wasnt passed to froakie. Is there anything i might forget about?

Reborn has gen6 breeding mechanics which means that you won't be able to pass tms via breeding
