I beat a level 85 Alakazam while wandering around in the aquatic appts.... with a level 10 purrloin. I kept sand attacking and using assist and eventually assist used leech seed from my Bulbasaur. Since psychic moves had no effect on it it went down eventually. Just thought i'd share... I guess now my purrloin is overleveled because it went up to level 28 with 20,000+ xp...
