Updating game from v6

I took a hiatus on rejuvenation because I wanted to catch up on reborn, but now I want to play rejuv again, but I have a couple of questions.

My version is 6 so do I have to go to 7 first, then 8 and then 9. On top of that how do I update the version? I started reborn on 15 so I never had to update before.

I would just start over on 9 but, I actually managed to get an eevee as my starter and I don't want to go through that hell again. So unless someone is willing to hack me a file where I can start with an eevee, that isn't an option.

Version 9 isn't out yet. The current version is 8.

You should be able to go directly to 8, just be careful of where you save before updating since V8 changed a lot of areas. Gearen Laboratory is probably the safest place to save in before updating.

Also, if you want to start over for V8, I'd be happy to give you an Eevee if you send me the new file when/if you start over.

I'll just start over then. Do I just pm you the save file and do I need to be at a particular spot in the game in the file for you? Like where the starters are for example?

Gearen Laboratory is the area of the game where you get your starter. I think Sheridan hasn't changed from V6, so it should be safe.

(just saw your edit) Yeah, you can PM me the save file. I can actually do it as early as the boat scene if you want. Also if you want it to be a certain nature I can do that too.
