I have no idea where skrelp, crobat, or his other poison pokemon are but I do know the locations of his skuntank nidorina & croagunk. they're all in a mountain near the powerplant (excluding the other 3) Quote

Not all of Corey's Pokemon are accessible. There's actually another item you get from one of this Pokemon that leads to a secret and an item in Corey's Gym, though I can't remember it off the top of my head. Quote
