Path in the Rhodochine Jungle

There's this clearly visible path that I can see whenever I enter the Rhodochrine Jungle ((before you fall in the Nuzleaf's Trap)). What is that for and how do I get to it?

The whole jungle is navigatable after you get out of the cage. Post a screenshot cause I'm not even sure what you mean

I'm trying to figure out where it is I'm supposed to find the Screenshots I take. But like when you first enter Rhodochrine, there's like a path behind some trees to the south of where you enter.

The path you're talking about is not navegable, it just looks like that because the trees are all in a straight line.
