Pokemon Rom Hacks that don't require an emulator?

I have Reborn(obviously), Legends of the arena, Rejuvenation, and didn't like insurgence. Are there any other good rom hacks out there that don't require you to have an emulator or patch it over a file?

Try Desolation. It doesn't have as much content as Rejuv or Reborn but it's worth it

Hacks are mods using data straight from a GBA and are often designed in a similar manner due to that. While they're easier to make, they have many limitations and eventing is a bit more of a pain. You asked for a hack so it is impossible to play one without a ROM.

Fan games are games made from scratch using tools people created to make a Pokemon game. I believe this is what you're looking for so Reborn, Rejuvenation, Insurgence, Desolation, and a really old one I played was Raptor Ex (that one probably didn't age well). Pokemon Eevee edition is one you could try though it has a different battle style (FF type). And then there's the Hardcore which is Reborn but amped up in difficulty.
