[Resolved] Which Eeveelution Should I Get?

I'm in my second run of Reborn and just picked up an eevee with 9/30/17/30/18/23 IV spread. I was wondering what you guys would recommend as the evolution since there's a limited amount of TM's in the game. For reference, my current team is Charizard, Steelix (hatching), Gallade, Heracross, Cofragigus and Scrafty. I plan on replacing one of the last two. Anyways, thanks in advanced for the advice!

I'm not much of a team builder specialist but since your team probably needs another special attacker, I would go with Sylveon/Vaporeon/Jolteon (not espeon since you already have a Psychic type mon).

What nature is the eevee? That may determine the most suited eeveelution.

Jolteon - Benefits from good speed/special attack ivs; however, it's frail and the electric type has small SE coverage. (Though it's good for hitting water/flying which your team doesn't seem to have)

Vaporeon - My favorite because the water type is pretty bulky but this game can be cruel in tanking neutral hits boosted by field effect.

Sylveon - Can fight dark/fighting/dragon but you kinda have a fighting type and a flying type that could handle the first two.

Also, do you have any back up Pokémon? My full team consists of about twenty Pokémon, though I might be an outlier, but if you have any back up ones, you should take their type into consideration.

Back up mons include a Meowstic, Golem, DewGong, Zangoose, Hariyama, Kabutops, Arcanine, Victreebel (not all necessarily properly leveled but all pokemon I would want to use in my team)

Considering you got hidden power ground, I would suggest jolteon or vaporeon. Sylveon can't take advantage of the typing against poison and steel type and rock types are most of the time physical attackers.

Leafeon could use the typing effectively, but it's primarily a physical attacker (130) so using a special hidden power is a waste since it only has 60 base special attack.

Glaceon (my personal favorite eeveelution) abuses HP Ground the best, and it's a special attacker which would work best since HP is a special move. Ice is a good offensive typing, and you don't have an ice type yet, so it's worth looking into. Also Frost Breath is available from Serra, so STAB is fairly easy to get on it despite the moves it gets through level ups being weird compared to where the icy rock is located in the game.

Use Jolteon. Do not use a bulky eeveelution like Vaporeon or Umbreon or even Sylveon with those pathetic 9/17/18 defensive IVs. It'll not be able to do its job of stomaching hits.

Use that good SpAtk and above-average Speed and get a Jolteon. It's frail anyways, so expect it to die a lot, and also don't expect much more from it other than Discharge/Tbolt and a few normal moves until you get a few TMs. But it's the best that thing can give you. You could have espeon, but you already have a Psychic.

I ended up choosing Glaceon for fun. I'll eventually get the others through breeding, but it's nice to try out the gen IV eeveelutions every once in a while. Thanks for the advice guys!
