Where Is The Mystery Egg Trade

I can't find a NPC anywhere that trades Egg for Egg, It is in goldenwood, isnt it, do i need to beat the gym before it apears

The NPC is in Route 3, day time only.

Route Three/Outside of Goldenleaf, during the day. There's a market that only appears during the day there.

You may want to look into the other topics posted by other users, as many of these questions have been answered before.
