How do I get other starters?

So let's say I start with a snivy and I want a chimchar too how do I get that chimchar? just an example. I looked at your locations guide and the obtainable pokemon list and i can see some starters are limited events and others are available to capture.

All starters will eventually be obtainable in events, but many are not obtainable as of Episode 15. Some (like Blaziken) may not be available until post-game.

I'm fairly sure that there aren't any starters available in the wild just through limited events. I think the only available event starters are Tepig, chikorita, squirtle, totodile, piplup, fennekin and chespin. This is just off the top of my head and they are all limited events I believe.

However as stated by author you can revert to a previous version of the game that was before the change then you can get them. But getting previous versions of the game is very difficult if at all possible without going to another member and getting it from them.

If you've already gotten Squirtle and Chikorita, then switched to a previous episode, will you still be able to re-trigger the event to get Mudkip and Bulbasaur?

Consequently, if you started with previous episodes to get Mudkip and Bulbasaur, can you get Squirtle and Chikorita in E15?

Well I do hope you can get all the starters (all the Pokemon in general) in the future. In a legit way .

The events are nice. I guess it's a plus to those who have played Reborn a while now.

still can't believe oshawott and treeko aren't in the game by another event yet

Although, they're probably going to be coming up soon because of the stuff in E16 (won't spoil for those who haven't finished E15 yet).
