You can actually try to breed it with ditto you know? Apparently eggs has higher chance of getting you shiny. All of my Eeveelutions are shiny and it took me only 1 hour to get it.

That's a really nice looking shiny too. I don't mind the higher shiny rate since really they're too rare in the actual games and Reborn's shinies mostly look better than the regular ones. Some not so much but most of the are nice.
