Is there any shop in this part of the story that sells rare candies?

I'm in the part where team meteor breaks in Amaria and Titania's and i need a few rare candies to level my pokes up. Is there at least any store that sells rare candies in this part of the story? I really need them, getting too lazy to grind already, my pokes are still around 67 to 70

No way to return to Reborn City I'm afraid, until you're done with E15.

When you are done with episode 15 can you go to reborn? Also for rare candies pickup is a wonderful ability.

You can get back to Reborn City after completing any chapter, provided you did not trigger the event that starts the next chapter. For example, it is possible to leave the circus after beating Terra so long as you do so before going down the waterfall to save Titania. However, since you already triggered chapter 15, you will just need to grind against Clown Indra. On the plus side, you get a free shard each time you beat him.
