Simon Posted August 8, 2015 Share Posted August 8, 2015 You should be using the Location Guide for questions if a mon is in the game or not instead of making a separate thread. But to answer your question, Scyther is not in the game and never was. The vendor for the Link Heart should be found in Route 3 during the day. And the only free Link Hearts I recall were in the Wetlands. EDIT: Maybe this calls for a thread specifically where you ask questions, just like in the On The Hunt Section.
