The only things i would recommend off the top of my head is that the bevel/emboss on the words is a bit too intense that it makes them a little difficult to look at, particularly on (what i assume is) the friend code. And you could also benefit from resizing some things, as Dewgong, Alakazam, and Lopunny all look a little flattened or stretched out. Some sprites (like Arcanine) are blurry while on others (Dewgong) you can see all the pixels clearly. So just a few touch-ups and getting the images consistent would really make this shine. But even without that, the pic is great ^^ I especially like the squirtle's sunglasses And the color scheme is really pleasant to look at. I'm sure your friend will like it a lot!
