Outside the factory in the Peridot Ward, (before the quest with Julia etc), hidden in a barrel

Underneath the Grand Stairway, (item)

Citrine Mountain, in a rock

Abandoned Railnet (smashable wall)

North Obsidia, in a rock

Byxbision Wasteland, hidden in a barrel

Mysidia Railcave, in a rock

Chrysolia Forest (near the Leafeon Rock)

One is also in Obsidia ward. In ep15 you can get one by finding some kid for his mother which is located in the poke center( she lost track of him after the plants went crazy)

I'll elaborate on this a bit. The kid is over by the Galmazonia Salon and the mother is inside the Obsidia Ward Pokemon Center.

Also, you won't be to this point for a while, but you can also buy them on 7th Street and find them via Pickup starting at lvl 61.
