Training place?

Is there a good place to train once you get to the circus. Because half of my team is still in the 50s and I have to face sampson. Also is there a person who can change pokemon natures at this part, because I want to train my yanmega for this fight but its nature is really bad?

Since you already entered the circus, you can't leave it for now; the earliest you can leave is if you beat Samson, then play E12, whihc would allow you to go back. If you don't want to do that, Route 2 is your best and almost only bet. If you do that, both Route 1 Tauros/Bouffalant and Citae are pretty good places. And the only nature changer was in 7th street, bottom-right-ish.

You can't leave the circus, so you are not able to go to the 7th street to change Natures, the Crustles are the best way to train there IMO
