alaneapen Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Isn't frisk supposed to notify the player if a pokemon has an item. Frisk's notification doesnt not pop up when i head into battle vs wild sentrets. Quote
Arkhi Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Sentrets aren't guaranteed to always hold items. If the notification for Frisk doesn't appear, then the opposing Pokemon isn't holding an item. Quote
Etesian Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Well, you wouldn't see a notification when the Foe's Frisk triggers. It'd be like the game reminding you "Hey, you have this thing you yourself put there". Frisk does work when something on your team uses it. Quote
Helia Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Yes it does, and a great way to increase the chance of encountering a Pokemon with a held item is by having a (fainted)Pokemon with Compoundeyes be in your first slot, followed by your Frisk use in the second. So if you would get yourself a Vivillon, Venonat, Butterfree, Nincada, Scatterbug or Dustox with that ability lead the party it increases the chance of finding a held item! Quote
