How are you able to get them considering this is (at least i think so) a non online-ish game? I want a vullaby but i saw that its event only... so... what do?Another question: How do you update versions? Quote

The way events usually work is through a gift, or interacting with a pokemon in the over world as opposed to catching one in the wild grass. For vullaby, it's a limited event so you have choose between vullaby and one or more pokemon. Quote
