You can get Bulldoze TM too by beating the last gym leader of the demo. It's not as good but that's all we've got i think.

Except maybe the move tutors ? Where are they by the way ?

I'm afraid this TM is not yet available in the game. But you can get Bulldoze, after defeating the very last gym leader.

The answer is get a Flygon. It learns Earthquake and Bulldoze naturally.

I believe pretty much every family with a ground type can learn it naturally. Oh, and Gogoat.

You can also downgrade to E12 (with 5th gen breeding mechanics) and breed Earthquake to whichever pokémon you want to (as long as it also can learn it through TM).

im looking for TM earthquake, EP19 says it will be available as a reward for starter pokemon side quest.

but I have finished that side quest on EP18 and got TM Shadow Ball, how can I still get the TM earthquake after upgrading the game to EP19?
