Follow Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Lots of chain breeding can give you flamethrower, but for now flame burst is the best option. Charlotte will give you TM 35 flamethrower in the future, but I think you will need to fight Luna without a powerful fire move. Slugma and chandelure can only get heat wave via move tutor btw. Deleted User Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Lots of chain breeding can give you flamethrower. That's actually not the case unless you do it in episode 12 or earlier. Shockwave(14.5) and Vacuum Wave(14) are the only Waves tutored at the circus, sorry to disappoint you there buddy.
