brianwee2013 Posted November 22, 2014 Share Posted November 22, 2014 The previous time i asked this was a long time ago, whereby, i asked whether i should evolve eevee into sylveon or wait for it to get hyper voice tutor, since it was eevee exclusive that time. Now i have an eevee with wish and other moves, so i was wondering if i should evolve it into a sylveon, since it gets hyper voice by tutor now. Even now, the 7th Street/Circus tutors are all we have and even those aren't so great.Though a good move for Sylveon is Trump Card. To get it, don't evolve Eevee until level 45.
