Shadowfoxhound 0 Posted October 28, 2014 Share Posted October 28, 2014 So while messing around in Pokemon Reborn in 7th street if you buy blast powder and go to the building were luna was kidnapped and go to the right and mine the rock then blast it ( mining it again woot) you get a "Rare Candy" once you get out someone steals it from you, once you find him he is in the corner with the couple whos bf sells stuff and be prepared to battle 60+.
