Electivire Vital Spirit Jolly -Thunder Punch -Cross Chop -Ice Punch -Thunder Wave (it's a shame he can't learn Earthquake not even through breeding) Magmortar Flame Body Jolly (if you when with Confuse Ray and HP) Hasty (If you when with Thunder Punch and Cross Chop) -Flamethrower -Thunder Punch/Confuse Ray -Will-O-Wisp -Cross Chop/Hidden Power Take another opinion for Magmortar.
