Where to find Numel?

So I've read that Numel appears at the "Peridot train station" on a rainy day, and another source said near the northern end of the tracks with the door... but I cannot seem to locate it anywhere? I've been running up and down the tracks for a while now... am I missing something obvious?

Do you have pokesnacks? Also is it a thunderstorm or just rain? I think it only comes out in a thunderstorm.

If all of that seems right then maybe it's a time of day thing.

I do have Pokesnax at ready; and it's just rain as far as I can tell, so thanks for that

and it is still lit like morning... so that might be it too, I'll hang around for a while and see if it shows up

On the first run, it's really easy to mistake wind for rain and vice-versa (I know I did it). Check a TV for a weather forecast to make sure you got it right.

The weather report mentioned it being hot all week, but on Sunday, winds will come through to cool things off for the earlier parts of the week, or something like that

I found it on 12 or 10 (I think 12) with simple rain and I'm sure about. Maybe the two locations have different weather. And u can get Numel from Pyrous Mountain too
