Do you guys know where to get buneary in v13? i can't find the buneary trade in gearen.

I did what you did (went to GDc apartments) and I can get wild encounters again, so I guess its fixed. Thanks -
I went to route 2 to get a dedenne for the pokedex but after running around small grasses in both route 2 and other places, I can't get any encounters.
