According to this dev blog post,
SpoilerM2 is a version of Melia from an older version of Rejuvenation. Which version? I dunno, though IIRC M2 had been stuck in her broken world for six years or so.
So out of curiosity, I decided to look around for the older versions' release dates (or at least the estimates) and these are what I got so far:
- V1: June/July 2014 (?)
- V2: ??? 2014
- V3: January 2015
- V4: March 2015
- V5: April 2015
- V6: August 2015
- V7: February 2016
- V8: sometime mid-2016
- V9: June/July 2017 (?)
- V10: early 2018
- V11: December 2018/January 2019 (?)
- V12: July 2019
- V13: July 2021
- V13.5: October 2023
That said, anybody know which version was released when? I might get the dates wrong in the list and haven't found those of some versions yet.

You are always by default in the paragon route. In order to even being able to choose the renegade route you need to do certain things like:
Not saving rift garbodor, pessuring Florin to use his powers, leting Karen and Karina die, having negative karma and negative relationship point with characters, etc.
But once you actually reach a certain point in the game, if you have met the requirements to choose the renegade route the game will leave it somewhat clear that you are choosing it and that you can choose to simply continue the paragon route even after all you did.
Regarding Florin and Karrina in Renegade:
SpoilerWhether you choose to have Florin and/or Karrina dead or alive affects how some parts in Renegade will play out. One whole segment will not be available if Karrina dies and one boss fight will play out differently depending on Florin's status by then.

I believe they are route-specific -- Elysian Shield for Paragon and Cthonic Malady for Renegade.

That... makes sense, actually. Not sure about Vivian, but I'd say the next possible time traveling stunt would be around the Storm-9's time, after Vivian's sacrifice.

Now that v13's newest story gives quite an Undertale vibe and the previous one had some changes here and there, I'm starting to think of a Rejuv story but with Frisk, Undertale's MC, as the Interceptor. One of the storyline changes in v13 is how the bad future arc's climax choices are handled, so I might as well make a one-shot of how it goes with Frisk.
For the record, Frisk is a non-binary in a male body (I'm going for Axel's) with they/them pronouns here. And before I forgot, Undertale spoiler alert. Read at your own risk.

Melanie's ultimatum made Melia shake in desperation. The princess had forced her to make an awfully hard choice in 30 seconds: either hand the Time Diamond to Melanie or use it to whisk her and Frisk away all the way back to right before Vivian's aborted ritual. Melia, for one, needed that Time Diamond to return to her own time. But on the other hand, she couldn't let Melanie do her deed and make everyone's lives in this timeline even more miserable. Panic ensued in her head… only to notice Frisk taking a deep breath as if they're going to say something. "It's a beautiful day outside," Frisk started their monologue, wanting to sound as serious as Sans at the start of his fight with Chara (in Frisk's body) as possible. "Crimson Sea is roaring, the castle's gloriously standing…" Frisk held Melia's hand tightly with her giving them a "Frisk, what the hell are you doing?" look, then looked up straight to Melanie. "On days like these, princess like you…" they paused with a serious look on their face, roughly equivalent to Sans' lack of pupils in his eye sockets. And a second later or two, Frisk delivered the punchline: "Should be burning in hell."
"Ooh, that's cute," the princess rolled her eyes. But then a realization hit her. "But did you not hear me last time, you stupid cow? I told you that you weren't allowed to just 'do nothing'," she roared in a mix of anger and befuddlement. That's right, the whole Sans-style monologue turned out to be Frisk's clever ploy to waste time. Heck, nobody there could say anything, be it for the previous proposal or in response to Frisk's monologue. Not even Melia who was supposed to answer Melanie's proposal.
Sorry for the shortness though. I did it on my phone and that's all I can think of for now.

Speaking of challenges, I kinda thought of banning one type per chapter (or per gym/trial if done in the mainline games), determined via random.org or something. Once you finish a chapter/gym/trial, re-roll for the next part's banned type. I haven't tried one yet, though.

SpoilerIn the bad future arc, Kenneth never met Taelia because Vivian's reincarnation didn't happen. He married Tesla and had Amber as their kid instead. Not sure where Deagan would be in that timeline tho.

Actually, Leo uses Aevis as their MC. If the OP of this thread specifically wants Axel's side of the story, there's SacredAlmighty's playthrough instead.
And FYI, the MC's Nightmare Realm scenes differ slightly between MCs. Here are the LPs I got of that scene out there:
