Yeah I already applied it... let me try and get a picture... There!!! that's the error!! Please help!! (No one's helping me.. I'm sad... Please help me.... D: )

I couldn't load my old savefile, (the same error i'm about to say occured here too) so i started a new one... some time into the prolouge, after marienette's mom dies exactly when the meloetta remix starts playing, this appears: "This application has requested to terminate the runtime in an unusual way. Please contact the application;s support team for more information" and the game just stops... please help... And i just wanna clarify something... by "the same error i'm about to say occured here too" I mean that the same window pops up when i try to load an old save file or when i start a new game. The game plays fine till Marienette's mom dies and her dad saying "marianette, your father wants to see you" , or something... Exactly when the meloetta remix starts playing Then, the same error occurs that occurs when i try to load an old save file... help!
