The guy from the Torkoal scene shows up after you first meet Fern and basically says he used torture enhanced interrogation to get info from the grunt on the street.

I'm stuck at the section where you play as Emma and need to find the entrance in the library when I try to interact with the green bookshelf on the left side of the room nothing happens. I've checked every bookshelf before hand and nothing. I know that its the green ones cause I did it before but had to reset when I lost the battle right after. Please help ive never felt this dumb in my life.
